About Connect Bazaar

Connect Bazaar is a local-first website that provides marketplace listings, a community services directory, practical tools, local information and supporting guides.

Connect Bazaar provides a platform for discovery and direct communication. Except where clearly stated otherwise, Connect Bazaar is not the seller, buyer, employer, service provider, government department, utility provider or other party to transactions or arrangements made between users and third parties.

Using the Platform

Community-Listed Services

A service-provider listing does not by itself mean that Connect Bazaar employs, endorses or guarantees that provider. Connect Bazaar does not guarantee every provider's identity, licensing, insurance, qualifications, experience, prices, availability or quality of work.

Acceptable Use

When using Connect Bazaar, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Impersonate another person, business or organization.
• Submit harmful, abusive, defamatory or intentionally misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, database, administrator functions or other restricted systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's normal operation.

Marketplace purchases, sales, service arrangements and direct payments are generally made directly between the relevant users, sellers or providers. Unless Connect Bazaar explicitly states otherwise for a particular feature, Connect Bazaar does not process or guarantee those private transactions.

The Connect Bazaar name, website design, original text, graphics and other original platform content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Content that you submit, such as listing photographs and descriptions, remains associated with the person who owns the relevant rights. By submitting content for publication, you give Connect Bazaar permission to display, store, resize or otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant website feature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connect Bazaar and its team are not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, injuries, costs or dissatisfaction arising from reliance on site information, marketplace transactions, service arrangements, third-party links or interactions between users and third parties.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content Removal & Access

Connect Bazaar may remove, edit, hide or reject content that appears to violate these Terms, creates technical or safety concerns, is reported as abusive or fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

Access to certain website features may also be limited when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties.

Changes to These Terms
